Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Inzpira Edu Solutions Pvt Ltd and all the online portals, websites and platforms Inzpira operates.

Live Course refunds

Inzpira offers 100% refund for Non-TTT(Train the Trainer) courses if request is raised within 3 hours/sessions, before the commencement of the third hour/session or within ten days from the date of admission, whichever is earlier. For refund requests, kindly mail us at hello@inzpira.com.

For TTT Courses, the course fee including the registration fee is non-refundable as the program is on a seat based enrolment scheme. A registration fee of INR 3750 is charged upfront before conducting the Launchpad Assessment. This registration fee is refundable only if the candidate attains a “Not-Eligible” grade for the Launchpad Assessment tests. Inzpira reserves the right to accept or deny any refund request(s).

Video Course refunds

As soon as the customer purchases the video course, fulfillment happens online and access is granted immediately. Hence we do not offer refunds to video courses.

Hybrid Course refunds

Inzpira offers 100% refund for Non-TTT live sessions that is part of the hybrid course if request is raised within 3 hours/sessions, before the commencement of the third hour/session or within ten days from the date of admission, whichever is earlier. For refund requests, kindly mail us at hello@inzpira.net. However we do not offer refunds for video courses hence the final refund amount will have the price of the video course deducted, if applicable.

Refund Duration

All approved refund requests shall be processed within 48 hours of approval and will be refunded back to the source account or via the original mode of payment.

Third party refunds

If you avail any of the third party services offered through Inzpira, the services rendered are by the third party and we do not control. This policy does not apply to the practices or services of those service providers. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.
